Cafe Daphnis Café Daphnis is drawing praise and renewed interest to the Hotel that once was home to the denizens of this lively and authentic neighborhood of Istanbul. Café Daphnis can host up to 75 guests with an interior capacity of 40 and a garden area of 35 seats. The garden, with its view of the Golden Horn and colorful seasonal flowers, truly defines the joy of life. Café Daphnis is open everyday except for Monday from 8:00AM to 11:00PM.
