One side facing the Golden Horn while the other faces an old Fener Street, is a combined building
of four Rum houses renovated according to the original pattern.
A 19th century building typically...
It is a special class hotel/boutique hotel with 16 rooms each one decorated differently.
Everything in the building, from the hand painted coloured figures on the walls to the old style wooden doors,
floors and ceilings are kept as original. Old water pumps, stained glass windows, marble sinks are still being used.
There are 16 rooms consisting of 3 suites and 13 double bedrooms in which AC, minibar, telephone,
shower, hairdryer, kettle and cable TV are provided in default.
The hotel is just face to face with the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate and 10 minutes away from both Taksim
and Sultanahmet districts. It is very close to the commercial, cultural and touristic centres of the city;
however it is also situated in an old, quiet Istanbul district.
